RIGID Plate liquid chiller system consists of 4 major components: a small compressor, a micro-channel condenser, an evaporator, and a capillary or expansion valve.

In a liquid chiller system, the frame & plate evaporator is typically a compact refrigerant-to-coolant heat exchanger.

R134A refrigerant absorbs heat from the fluid. A pump circulates liquid through the evaporator and tubing or piping.

The benefits of RIGID Plate-P liquid chiller module include an ultra-small radiator and high heat flux. It has a very compact size in the design. Using a mini compressor has features of the lightest weight as well.

The Plate type liquid chiller also provides focused heat transfer and is especially useful for applications where space and weight are critical.
