Parameters and Features

  • Size: L100*W56 (mm)
  • Circuit board voltage: 12~30V
  • Rated current: 5A (fuse blowing current 10A)
  • Ultra-wide voltage input DC 12-30v, high-efficiency output frequency stability, low heat generation, high energy conversion efficiency. The extended function supports electronic control-related sensors and communication module interface.

Function Description

  • DC 12V-30V ultra-wide voltage input
  • 1 channel 80Hz < 100W Free Piston Stirling Cooler control
  • 1 channel DC 12V output
  • 0-5V control or 4-20MA analog control

   Wiring Instructions

The driver board uses DC 0-5V or 4-20mA analog to control:

  1. 0-5V control: the driver board on the jumper cap (Control Choice) placed in the V, in the 0-5V control interface (Voltage Control) to access the control signal, + connected to 5V, - connected to GND, IN connected to the 0-5V analog, 0V shutdown, the output voltage is positively correlated with the control voltage, 5V when the output voltage is maximum;
  2. 4-20mA control: the driver board on the jumper cap (Control Choice) placed in A, in the 4-20mA control interface (Current Control) access control signals.

Wiring Instructions

  1. Connect the motor power supply to the Motor interface on the driver board (two interfaces do not distinguish between anyway);
  2. cooling fan connected to the driver board Fan1 interface;
  3. touch screen connected to the driver board DISP interface; hot end temperature sensor connected to the 18B20-2 interface;
  4.  PT100 temperature sensor to the PT100-1 interface (need to be unplugged from the three wires first, exposing the inside of the wire), from left to right! The order of connection of the three wires is in turn for the white, red, and red (two red lines do not distinguish).
